This time right here in Texas:
Police say a Central Texas teenager has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a Fort Hood soldier who was attacked outside a convenience store.
Killeen police on Wednesday said 17-year-old Terry Grant Scott of Killeen was being held pending arraignment over the Jan. 2 attack.
But this wasn’t on the state level. Oh no, this little thuglet broke federal law too. How’s that?
He wasn’t supposed to have that gun, that’s how. Federal law says you have to be at least 18 even to have a pistol in your possession. That worked out really well, didn’t it?

Gee…criminals breaking the law….what a novel concept!
Criminals will ALWAYS have firearms. Even the Brady Paradise of (formerly) Great Britain, who has 99% disarmed their civilians, has massive amounts of gun violence by criminals
