My initial reaction…

to this:

“What is this I don’t even…how does this even WORK?”

I ventured they put the tortilla in a tube, seal the bottom and fill the burrito that way. Sabra said they open the tortilla and put stuff on it in sequence. I can see that, but it makes NO sense to me…

Breda also said they do it at Chipotle. Which, considering it was founded by a New Yorker in Denver, is not surprising. Initially I thought the person might have gotten the burrito at Taco Bell. Or Taco Bueno. (Speaking of the latter, talk about a misleading name. We went to the one in New Braunfels what had to be at least a year and a half ago and I am still reeling from the disappointment…)

    That is because you actually expect people to know something about what they are making/cooking.

    Let me see if I can put it in terms you might better relate to — hmm…how about — imagine the instructions to make a burrito being put together as part of a news paper article –written by a green reporter, transcribed by a reporter here on a visa from a distance land and edited by someone in the northeast who’s idea of Mexican food reviles Lenina Huxley (from Demolition Man).
