What check, you ask?

Why, the one that the city of Chicago is going to have to write to the Second Amendment Foundation this time

A federal district court judge ruled Monday that the City of Chicago’s ban on firearm sales is unconstitutional, a ruling made possible by three court victories attained by the Bellevue-based Second Amendment Foundation.

The case was brought by private citizens as opposed to the SAF, but to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised to see them get involved this time around either. You’d think the powers that be in Chicago would have learned after they had to fork over almost $400,000 to the SAF after they lost McDonald v. Chicago at the Supreme Court. Rahm Emanuel apparently has no qualms about wasting Chicago taxpayers’ money defending laws that infringe on those very taxpayers’  rights. Talk about an intolerable situation…
